Steps to use Canara Bank ChatBot Banking ✅

1. Customer shall visit our Bank’s website i.e. www.canarabank.com and select the Bot from bottom right hand side corner.

2. Customer shall select the Terms & Conditions box, accept the same & click “Get Started” button.

Without acceptance of Terms & Conditions the User/ Customer cannot access any post login journeys.

3. Available services under Web ChatBot solutions will be displayed.

4. For Login, Last 6 digit of Account Number and Registered Mobile Number to be provided. A valid Mobile number will be considered of a 10-digit mobile number along with the country code (ISD Code). Example the user should enter 91XXXXXXXXXX.

5. An OTP will be generated to this registered mobile number. It will be a valid 6-digit numeric value only.

6. To email Account Statement click on it:

  • Select the account type (Current & Saving / Loan)
  • Select account
  • Select the time period (Up to Last 6 Months)
  • View or Email Statement
  • Confirm
  • The Password to open PDF in email is your Customer ID

6. Don’t forget to log out from Canara Bank ChatBot Banking after completing your session for added security by clicking on × at upper right corner.

7. For Generic Services (like EMI Calculator and Deposit Calculator) Mobile number is not necessary.

Any sensitive information shared during the conversation shall be handled securely and not stored persistently. User authentication credentials and information shall be securely transmitted and stored. All data transmissions between the ChatBot, Transaction system and other relevant systems shall be encrypted using secure protocols.
